In this sequence we want to show you the automatic hooking by means of the fitting funnels.These funnels are adjustable to any type of coupling.
Once fit, the locking system triggers and the red light change colour to green. At that moment, the operator knows for a full certainty that he can go ahead with the lifting manoeuvre or lay the load. The security system prevent any opening order mistake being the load suspended.
The heat-resistant version fitted and prepared to bear extreme temperatures, is the most suitable one for changing electrodes.
They can resist up to 650ºC, thanks to a heat diffuser set as a sheet below the electric system.
This way, the insulation of the functional or heat-sensitive parts, is guaranteed above 70ºC.
The safety systems guarantee tha once a piece has been hooked, the sackles cannot be opened neither by accident nor by error while the shackles are on manoeuvres. Their strong LED lighting system suspended over the electrode, allows the operator to get a precise view of the crane full manouvre.

The shackles have resisted high temperatures without any problem.
