NOA JR Automatic Shackle

Automates processes involving the loading and unloading of goods using a lifting lug or similar device, with a capacity ranging from 10 to 15 tonnes. Its unique design improves safety and reduces operating times, with a consequent significant saving in costs.

The NOA JR Automatic Shackle was developed in response to demands for innovation in loading bay port operations. Given its lifting capacity, it is highly appropriate for general industry purposes and, in general, all manner of loads using a lifting lug or similar device. The load is engaged by means of a pneumatic pin activated by the NOA JR device itself. This model has been conceived and designed to endure all manner of weather conditions, harsh impacts, severe stresses and strains, situations of low visibility and all the other inevitable hazards of working in hard industrial conditions.

Our NOA JR Automatic Shackle has internationally patented technological resources, including selective and intelligent opening and multifunction controls. The design has been conceived to ensure successful adaptation to the ergonomics of the work being undertaken.

The NOA JR Automatic Shackle has LED signalling lights which inform the operator of the position of the pin (open/closed), preventing the risk of using the equipment when the pin is located in an intermediate position or is unknown to the operator.

SAFETY

The difference between load and tension is automatically selected, thereby eliminating any possible human error of opening the hook while the load remains suspended, as well as neutralising the movement of cranes, cables or variations in the centre of gravity.

Sin necesidad de instalaciones neumáticas, hidráulicas o eléctricas (que tantas averías producen) ya que todos los modelos son auto- suficientes y disponen de una batería eléctrica..
  2. Estas baterías no disponen de memoria con lo cual podemos cargarlas en cualquier estado de carga sin que sufran, además de llevar un sistema lumínico que indica el nivel de carga de la batería
VERSATILIDAD
  1. Los grilletes automáticos NOA presentan toda la gama de enganche para todo tipo de cargas que dispongan de orejeta o similar. Engancha y Desengancha a distancia y de forma controlada: componentes eólicos. Cargas de proyecto, cargas excepcionales, electrodos de fundición, bobinas de acero,… en conclusión, todo tipo de material que disponga de orejeta o similar.
  2. Nuestros mandos de control remoto disponen de tecnología para poder manejar un número de grilletes indefinido a la vez y pudiendo fraccionarlos si se desea por grupos. Y todo esto sin necesidad de aparatos tipo masters, ni conexiones a ordenadores…. El alcance de emisión según versión es de 150 a 500 mts.
  3. Los grilletes HTV se pueden equipar con control de temperatura para trabajos de hasta 60 grados negativos y 450 grados positivos.
