The BLANCA Automatic Claw is a device conceived for logistics operations such as the handling of flat loads like steel plates in bound bundles, large diameter piping, design loads and, in general, all manner of materials suitable for coupling and lifting by means of a claw-based system. The claw-based system, with its safety catch, is pneumatically driven. This model has been conceived and designed to endure the toughest logistic and port conditions, including harsh impacts, severe stresses and strains and all the other inevitable work hazards.

Our BLANCA Automatic Claw has internationally patented technological resources, including selective and intelligent opening and multifunction controls. The design has been conceived to ensure successful adaptation to the ergonomics of the work being undertaken.

The BLANCA Automatic Claw has LED signalling lights which inform the operator of the position of the claw (open/closed), preventing the risk of using the equipment when the system is an intermediate position or is unknown to the operator.

SEGURIDAD

  3. La garra no se abre hasta que la carga no esté fija en el suelo. HTV ha desarrollado un sistema de amortiguador inteligente. De forma totalmente automática selecciona la diferencia entre carga y tensión, eliminando así cualquier error humano de orden de apertura con la carga suspendida, además de conseguir neutralizar los movimientos de grúas, cables o variaciones del centro de gravedad.

SIMPLICIDAD
  1. La instalación de cualquiera de nuestros modelos es tan sencilla como colocarlos en el elemento de izado con un simple grillete. Sin necesidad de instalaciones neumáticas, hidráulicas o eléctricas (que tantas averías producen) ya que todos los modelos son autosuficientes y disponen de una  batería eléctrica.
  2. Estas baterías no disponen de memoria con lo cual podemos cargarlas en cualquier estado de carga sin que sufran, además de llevar un sistema lumínico que indica el nivel de carga de la batería.

  1. El modelo de Garra Automática BLANCA es un equipo concebido para operaciones logísticas tales como manipulación de cargas planas como paquetes de chapa, tubos de gran diámetro, cargas de proyecto, todo tipo de material de cargas especiales y así un largo listado de materiales en un muelle de carga multiusos.
  2. Nuestros mandos de control remoto disponen de tecnología para poder manejar un numero de garras indefinido a la vez y pudiendo fraccionarlos si desea por grupos. Y todo esto sin necesidad de aparatos tipo masters, ni conexiones a ordenadores….El alcance de emisión según versión es de 150 a 500 mts.
