HTWIST Automatic Twistlock

Automates the loading and unloading of goods with its remote controlled twistlock system. Conceived with the goal of modernising, improving and replacing the systems currently in use. It is a unique solution, offering guaranteed safety, reliability and profitability, for processes involving the loading and unloading of goods using a twistlock system. Capacity of up to 7 tonnes.

The HTWIST Automatic Twistlock was developed in response to a demand for innovation in loading bay port operations including the handling of wind turbine components, design loads, containers and, in general, all manner of loads which have a twistlock system. The load is attached by means of the twistlock activated by the pneumatic system of the HTWIST device. This model has been conceived and designed to endure the toughest weather conditions, harsh impacts, severe stresses and strains and all the other inevitable hazards of working in hard port conditions, including situations of poor visibility.

Our HTWIST Automatic Twistlock has internationally patented technological resources, including selective and intelligent opening and multifunction controls. The design has been conceived to ensure successful adaptation to the ergonomics of the work being undertaken.

The HTWIST Automatic Twistlock has LED signalling lights which inform the operator of the position of the twistlock (open/closed), preventing the risk of using the equipment when the twistlock is located in an intermediate position or is unknown to the operator.

SEGURIDAD

De forma totalmente automática selecciona la diferencia entre carga y tensión, eliminando así cualquier error humano de orden de apertura con la carga suspendida, además de conseguir neutralizar los movimientos de grúas, cables o variaciones centro de gravedad.

REDUCCIÓN DE COSTES
Enganchar y Desenganchar de forma controlada, automática y segura reduce en un 50% el personal necesario en las labores de enganche y desenganche en las operativas de carga/descarga/manipulación, obteniendo una mejora de costes debido a la reducción de personal y al incremento en los ritmos de las operaciones de carga/descarga/manipulación.
